Markstrat.5/Markops/BOSS.1 - What should I do if the simulation is interrupted by a computer incident when uploading my decisions to the server ?

Our simulations saves your decisions in a local team file each time you click OK in a decision form.

 Hence, decisions are always saved on the disk drive before you attempt to upload them on the server.  

This file is named after you industry and team and is located in the folder: - "My documents\My Markstrat Files" or - "My documents\My Markops Online Files" or - "My documents\My BOSS Files"   This default folder is not changed unless you open a local team file located in another folder.   If the simulation freezes when uploading decisions to the server, you should:

1- Reboot and/or kill the task

2- Restart the simulation

 3- Open your local team file using the Open Session wizard.  

You will retrieve all of your decisions and you may try again to upload your decisions. Beware, do not re-load your decisions from the server; indeed, if you do this, the local file will be replaced by the old file that you have just downloaded and your decisions are lost forever.
