Markstrat.5/Markops/BOSS.1 - when downloading, error message 'not connecting to the server'

there must be something blocking the download of the software.

Please check:

First: Verify that your security settings in your browser isn't too high (see attached file :options/security) or allow the url to be included in the allowed sites.

Second: Verify that your local firewall allow the following site : www.stratxsimulation.com , www.markstratonline.com , www.markopsonline.com .

Third: Verify that your local proxy server allows the following site : www.stratxsimulation.com , www.markstratonline.com , www.markopsonline.com .

and verify that your Proxy settings are well configurated in the Proxy configuration screen of the simulation

Fourth: Verify your that your antivirus does not block our simulations to use the Internet connection. Fifth: If it's still doesn't work, contact your IT or your internet provider
