I have gone through a trial with my students now i want to start the real session. What must i do?

You must do in order through the menu:

Instructor > other operations > Cancel all Runs   (to go back to period 0)

Instructor > Decision round operations > Stop Decision rounds  (students must stop working)

Instructor > Decision round operations > Transfer Files to Teams

When students are ready

Instructor > Decision round operations > Start Decision round

Then students will be able to log in with their PAKS
